R34 Hid

Hi Guys and Girls,

I just brought a Bosch HID kit for my R34, I have searched and realized that the kit i have (D2R) will not fit in my compliance bulb holders (H1).

What I'm wondering is what do they do exactly during compliance to make the low beams H1 and can it be reversed or am I up for new headlights?

I know i can just get H1 HID globes but i would rather use the D2R globes that the light housing is designed for.

PS.I have moved interstate and won't have my car here for about a month so I can't have a look to sus it out.

To conver mine to H1 they have simply added a small metal plug (kinda looks like a washer) that makes the whole smaller and take H1. Mine are removeable, but yours may be glued in. Hope this helps
