Do you mean tyre size in order to see the size of the spacesaver itself?

The problem is the Wheel to Brembo Caliper clearance, correct?

yes to get the spacesaver size. rim size are at the end of tyre size. e.g. 225/45R18

I reckon your mad if you dont have a spare of some kind. Tyres have been my ONLY curse in 25 years. I've ripped a sidewall and got a puncture at the same time once. Had the v35 one year and already encountered a puncture.
