The cops are only doing their job at the end of the day. NS.com are just dickheads and attract the wrong attention.

It was a bugger Neil put Kellie in a difficult position and wished to check cars for non-compliance of adr's. That was my understanding of the situation anyway.

I don't believe she was ever flamed, the problem was always with the request from Neil which 'spoilt' it for Kellie.

They're not personal feelings ... I'm over it. We ran a cruise under the exact same circumstances as what was being advertised here, same location etc ... only we did not put out the invite to the police to attend and we didn't advertise the meet. We never felt the need to as the people on our cruises were always well behaved. The odd few were reported to police, as needs.

That whole incident occurred on my Stagea cruise. The police turned up uninvited, but we still cooperated with them. No one was defected at all and we enjoyed the day. It was a pity some attitudes and comments ruin it afterwards and neither Kellie nor myself will be running cruises now. But thats SAU, love it or hate it.
