Urgently Need A Power Window Part :s

does any one know where i could track down the nylon bit that holds the right of the window if you have the interiour off. mines broken and im not too sure how to fix it... ive got a random round nylon disc and by the looks of things the side closest to the painted side needs a T shaped peice... im probs making no sence here but yeah i need to bolt the window to the rail :S what to dooo

sorry mate haha..... the drivers window.. theres these little white things that hold the window to the rail that looks like a X... just need them... what ya asking?
