Stagea Electrical Gauge Problem

I have a 2001 stagea with the neo rb25det.

Every now and then when I'm on the highway 100-110km/h my speedo, tacho and temp gauges will drop out.

My fuel will be fine being a mechanical gauge but all my electrical gauges will drop out.

Under the hood the relay at the top left of the engine bay makes a fairly loud clicking noise.

It's the black relay and it's the green connector that is clicking.

Not sure if this is contributing to my problems, didn't come with owners manual so not sure what the relays is.

I'm getting it checked over when I get back home was hoping to get some info before hand.

If anyone has had a similar problem with their 25 or if they know what the green connector on the black relay is can you please give me some info.

For the sake of sounding dumb, I've only owned the car for 2 n half weeks and I haven't previously owned a turbo car.

That is why I ask pretty dumb questions.

sounds like the dash is loosing its power source. fuel gauge is electrical aswell, it will just hold its position when the ign is switch off.

i dont know about the relay, but check this thred out, maybe what your talking about.

Cheers sounds like the exact clicking problem I'm having.

Will have to have a proper read through it and see if I can work it out.

Will just have to get the dash looked at when I get back home on Wednesday.

Had any luck with guage faults. Mine just started doing the same thing tacho fuel and temp freaking out.
