Long Nose R180 Or R200 Lsd's Whats Better And Where Can I Find Them

just a quick question for those of you who know what is the best diff for my 84 r30 and what cars can i grab one from. i have heard that subaru wrx's have r180 lsd's but do they bolt straight in and do the rear cv's have to be modified. also is there aftermarket alternatives tha i can look at that mite be better suited to a bit of punishment. the cars original intention was to drift ( hence the effective but very annoying locker ) but i'm headed towards just all round tuning for daily driving.
