Hi all, I have the option to obtain a Liberty GT Wagon via novated lease for work, so as such I'm putting my Legnum up for sale.

Asking price is:

$16k with the 18s,

$15k without the 18s, (bring your own stockies)

$14.5k no wheels and no parts (susp etc)

  • Nardi Black leather wheel (to be rid of woodgrain wheel)
  • Trust 3" Stainless Muffler

Other parts/items included in sale (pending sale price):

  • OBDII Datalogging cable (for use with evoscan etc)
  • JPNZ Workshop Manual (both volumes)
  • Spare Transfer Case (perfect condition, simply spare)
  • Spare Auto transmission (requires attention, removed from car)

While it may appear a little dearer than other legnums at first, I am losing well over 4k on what it owes me. It has extremely rare black leather interior, and also with current exchange rates this couldn’t be imported for less than $14k at the moment. Then add all that I have spent so far (mainly with receipts) and this is truly a bargain.

good luck finding another one with black leather interior too.. only came on the COTY edition, which aren't common.

i have my stock legnum rim's here if you want them too lee.

Thanks for the offer mitchy - I've secured some facelift stockies here in adelaide though.

And your right, I've only seen 2 other VR4s in Australia with the black leather interior in the last 18 months :P

looks good mate. But what is going on with those rims ? I think the offset is wrong for that car, they look like they are sticking out a bit (or perhaps its just the pics)

I reckon some interior pics of the famous black leather would help also brother. Great looking ride though and free bump.

The rims are flush at the rear, and stick out the front by maybe 2-3mm. However when lowered, the camber will tuck them in perfectly. I've just never fitted the springs/shocks as my wife drives the car 75% of the time and I wanted to keep the front bar in tact :P

Here are some shots of the interior - unfortunately not the best shots, but shows the interior. Leather is perfect except for small section of piping on drivers seat is starting to wear:

    • Thanks for the update I truly appreciate it. I was trying to figure out the sensors.
    • My son recently purchased a 93 Skyline GTS25 (NA), I am hoping to get some insight as to what potential this car has.  I have auto mechanical experience, and I am capable of working on this vehicle, but I know nothing about it.  Where's the best site to purchase parts (maintenance, repair, upgrades)? What kind of upgrades are available?  Thanks again and I look forward to any information that you all have to offer!   Darrick
    • This is a pump I have used in the past; no oil ever leaks or gets past the regulator plug.I was trying to understand what caused Nissan to not only mention it in their manuals but to also state it's a replacement part yet the part cannot be found on my pump or on any new pumps and there doesn't seem to have ever been a replacement part#.  First time I've noticed something strange like this from NIssan.
    • yeah I have brown peeking out from in between some metal sheets close to the hood hinges. Strut towers look fine, even around the edges. some images https://imgur.com/a/brGt3Tu the one that looks the worst is the panel(s) going away right near the firewall on the passenger side, from underneath. Driver side does not look that bad.
