Microtech Lt-12s Removal

got pulled through for an epa... you all know the story blah blah i'll get to the point...

got a microtech LT-12s as stated. it is a plug play item with microtech adaptor. now wat i am wonder is if i remove this(micro' and adaptor) and plug the factory ECU in providing all the factory stuff afm etc is connected. Will it be that simple i can do it my self then send to a shop to have afr's etc checked or should i have them do the whole thing ?

Yep that simple, just make sure you reconnect the AFM. Are you running larger injectors? If so, then the car won't run on the stock ECU and injectors.

Wouldn't the EPA be happier with the microtech seeing as though it probably has less harmful emissions than the stocky?

Or are we talking about a 'bullshit no-mods' state like VIC?

quick Q regarding epa, did u get pulled off road for epa test (roadside bust) or got reported n had to get epa pass?? my car is out in ballarat

no roadside bust, pulled over and had to follow to there epa station set up?? your cars in ballarat... what is it ?

Im guessing it then failed the emmisions test, so i cant see how it is better then the stock ecu in this regard?

microtech are not epa friendly at all.

pollution plus. with no afm and no oxy sensor.

pretty much a full race computer.
