Turbo Question

hey guys. im replacing my turbo this weekend and im trying to find out the difference between these 2 turbos

45v3

45v4

they are near exactly the same bar the 45v3 has a twin fan on the inlet, i also herd that one of them is a aluminium fan?

does anyone know any differences? which fan type is better, twin or single? and which should i go for in an R33.

thanks mate, it did help a little, but they dont talk about the 45v4, which is a single fin metal fan, not sure about the comp fan though as i havnt stripped it down

i wouldn't go off the number stamped on the housing. use the compressor wheel type to tell what series it is.

ok i think i got it sussed, just unsure about what is a better fan type on the turbo. twin fin or single fin, fan?
