Back Pain, does any one get it. Well these days it seems everyone gets some sort of back pain.

But i'm talking about chronic back pain, everyday, that stops you doing daily tasks.

The reason i ask this is i've had chronic lower back and neck pain since i was 14 (now 21),

and the doc's have not been able to tellme whats wrong, seem's the back is a very touch and go topic.

I've seem so many doc's, specialists, had xrays, mri's etc, and all come up with nothing much.

Slight bit of (excuse the spelling) shiremens, and locking of joints, but nothing that should be giving the

pain i get. i'm talking like stomach aches from the pain to the point i throw up, spend days in bed etc.

its cost me two jobs already and looking like another one. :D

Does anyone know another specialist or helpfull suggestions, or is in the same boat

Discuss.

I can ask my dad about the acupuncter, he is studying it atm and he fixed my cough up.

I will ask whats the cause and whats the end result to fix it.

Acupuncter is like a course, like when you take anti biotics, you take it daily for about a week or two, twice a day.

Let me double check 1st.

yes i have a physio program with stretches and resistance exercises to help muscle growth. problem is

alot of it puts me in pain doin so lol.. catch 22 i guess

Is your work position causing your back pain? Common problem for those working with computers all day and under lots of work pressure.

(The turtle neck syndrome)...

Is your car causing your back pain? Sit up straight and straighten up seat back, so when you reach out your hand your wrist just at your steering wheel. (Apparently this is not a favourite position for the backward caps brigade who loved driving around with seat half reclined, as it's viewed as uncool - but it will help a lot).

Try chinese massage, but you need to find a good one, as some shops may use overseas chinese students that are not even qualified or have learnt any form of natural therapy... I won't be naming those shops. Alternatives are as mentioned, accupuncture. Good one works, I sprained my lower back, unable to move and walk properly, and it's cured. Accupuncture also managed to cured water retention issues that I experienced before. Osteopath, Chiropractor, might help too... and... if you find a professional Japanese Therapy massage, ask them for what is called Sei Tai. It's a form of accu pressure massage, a variation of shiatsu massage. The thing is these things won't sometimes work once, you may need to come back a few times and regularly. It could be expensive depending how much they charge each session, and whether you can claim it back from a Private Health Fund...

i had some back pain - like just a mild movement and id feel it.

Since i went to my chiro, its been fine - no back pain, no migraines, nothing! So maybe a chiro as wel - otherwise physio like others have suggested....

I've got neck, shoulder and lower back problems (the shoulder is the worst part for me) but I've found after 1.5 years of going to the chiro it's so much better. I only go once a month now, but the end of the month I start to feel it again. I'd think a chiro would be the best place to start, as if they can't see anything in a scan a nerve is the likely culprit and that's exactly what chiros target.

    • Latest round of updates on the car. I purchased and installed a SWS clutch slipper to help with 60ft times and got some second-hand good condition 275/40R17 Hoosier DR2 radials. Test and tune in November showed the tyres were an upgrade over my over 15 year old mickey Thompson's and I got a 1.8 second 60ft and pb et of 11.71 but even then, that run wasn't great due to rain and driver error (the event got called off 10 minutes later fast forward to the weekend just gone 25th of Jan and there was finally a break in the weather to let racing happen. The first run the track was slippery and only managed a 12.1@129 Second run the track was better and got a new pb et and mph: 11.54@131   Lith and I then worked out that I installed the previously mentioned clutch slipper incorrectly and its never been working, and I had just been dumping the clutch the entire time, we also noticed it was on street boost and not race boost. So I lined up for a third run with the car turned up in the first two gears, but the passengers side axle objected to clutch dumps and left the chat which stopped my weekend.   so there will be another attempt in the future once I replace the tyres as they rubbed and are stuffed now. but a low 11 should be on the cards.
    • Ceramic coating and heat shielding, you mean?
    • Turbos don't require pulling the motor apart so that's "easier". I would recommend the Nismo R3 turbos instead if you want to do stock twin turbo. It doesn't make as much power as the 2530s but it's only like ~50 whp off the mark and should have better response (ball bearing CHRA, slightly smaller turbo). A local that went with a Garrett G30 and 6boost manifold recently nearly burned his car to the ground after the hood insulator started melting and and burning so if you go single turbo I recommend doing a lot of research and validation work to make sure you don't do the same.
    • New rear lights, filler panel sprayed, cleaned and back together    before, during, after shots 😍
    • 100% is gyprock, I agree. Slip of the keyboard. Haha! I left my indicator bulbs out to save a bit of weight.
