Replacement Passenger Window R33

Hey guys,

Was sitting around at home when i heard my alarm go off, went outside and found some prick has smashed my passenger side window , at least the alarm scared them off and nothing else was touched. So anyway i was wondering where you guys suggest i could source a replacement passenger window (R33 S2), aswell as any recommendations on installing it?

Yeah im pretty annoyed, im glad everything else on the the car is ok though. I really just wanna get it fixed and back on the road asap...

Its unlikely that you will find one in Canberra but try calling Trojan in Mitchell - 6242 6277, they usually have a few second hand parts for Skylines in stock.

Try O'Brien glass in Fyshwick they are replacing my rear windscreen for $600 supplied and fitted

Bloody glass for skylines are expensive

2nd hand rear windscreen was $600 supplied and fitted for me

or Brand new rear windscreen was $1060 not including installation

Try a few wreckers in sydney thats where my rear screen is coming from O'Brien sourced it and are getting it in for me on tuesday

My aerial is in the rear windscreen and they didn't wanna take the windscreen out when the car was painted for fear of breaking it when it's so expensive to replace. What a pain!

Insure with Shannons (and a few others do it too) and you will get a free window every year and it doesn't have to be the front one. It even includes the motorcycle shields.

Check your policy.

Oh when I say free, it doesn't have an excess and doesn't impact your NCB. Its really free

Mine is comprehensive. I doubt it would be included if you only had TPP, as your own car isn't covered with TPP.

my window cost me $550 to replace when mine was smashed.

Thanks for the help guys/girls, got it fixed today by Windscreens o'brien, cost $380 supplied and fitted.
