NGK all the way, i use r5671A-8 which is a not protruded plug.My rb20 makes 299rwkw on 1.5bar(20lbs)i keep the gap they come out of the box .8mm an no problems. Ialso used the same plugs in my hk ute with a blown 400 sbc an that made 727rwhp.On the part number for the plugs r5671a-8 the -8 is the heat range

Don't get bosch.. they are not good spark plugs for the RB26.

i have NGK BCPR7ES which come standard set to 0.8. leave them at that and the car will run great.
