Hi guys,

I don't normally come on here and post because im so flat out in the shop, but I've had a few phone calls to check the thread.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, anyone who has had work done by us knows the lengths we'd go to to make you guys happy. Unfortionately even these lengths sometimes arn't enough.

Doin I said im sorry your car wasn't done, It was out of my control, if I could have it done it would be.

Did you forget to mention we waited for you untill 11pm on the night you were going to drop your car off - you didn't show.

You dropped it off, it went on the dyno, the problem was dignosed - So we should have charged you for some dyno time and 1hr labour - I don't recall we charged you anything.

When you came to pick it up yesterday you said you would be here at 5pm you were here at 7.30pm.

When we told you it wouldn't be done, you said thats probably better because you had heaps of bills to pay.
