Cleaning Exhuast Housing From Swarf

just got my turbo back from modifaction and wanted to know the best way to clean the swarf from the rear exhuast housing

its stuck almost everywhere since there was a protective oil coating on the cast iron

Die grinder with a light stone or small drum sander.

If you don't have a die grinder, a small drill with the drum sander.

If you don't have any of the above, break out the emery cloth......

What mods? Did you pay money for mods? I would expect turbo to be clean inside and out! Hot soapy water should move it.
