Over 16 years that usage works out to 10,000Km per year - so that's reasonably low (assuming the odo is correct).

I'd market the car as having only gone thru' 10,000Km/yr.

Let the buyer know that all services have been done - on time every time and that you can prove it with logs/rcpts.

This way, you can reassure the buyer that since major services on these cars are done at 140,000Km, 180,000Km & 200,000Km, he won't have to worry about another major service for another 20,000Km or so.
