Yeah fair call. Another reason i don't let mechanics touch my car other than my tuner.

Lads,

Just had a custom shield made up. There is some electricals nearby (not sure what they are sorry) with some general heapwrap around the cables, these were getting really really f**king hot and looked to be melting...

With the shield they dont get anywhere near as hot. Looks like radiant heat is ok, but direct heat from the turbo was a bit too much...
