Just wondering ive got one of the just jap stealth intercoolers on my 33 which retain and use the factory intercoller piping in the engine bay and now im wondering if there are kits available which replace the stock engine bay intercooler piping with stainless ones since the stock ones heat up alot

I believe ARC make Alloy ones that go with their return flow intercooler kits (similar the the JJR ones) but i dare say the price for those would be through the roof atm, best bet would be to have them made.

yeah bad, im guessing custom would cost 2-300 cause i got quoted 200 for a custom turbo intake pipe and these pipes are longer

trust me there will be no difference unless u want to pay big buks on the ARC stuff, but if u want a nicer looking engine bay go for the stainless steel, i got a Fmic kit on my r32 recently and the pipes are at same temprature as the initial piping....

personally if i were u id leave it as it is so yout wont get hastles by the PO-PO
