Standard gap on the RB25 is 1.1mm. Not sure if the Neo is different. I suspect not. The specs for a tune up (including spark plug gap) should be listed on a sticker on the underside of your bonnet.

Most people here (including me) run a 0.8mm gap... Seems to eliminate some hesitation through the revs when running higher than standard boost. I suspect it is also good for coil longevity...

Most people here (including me) will tell you not to gap iridium or platinum plugs as you will remove the thin coating of this exclusive material and turn your $20 plugs into $3 copper plugs.

Most people here (including me) will tell you you can order plugs with a specific gap but you would be silly to not check it... I suspect you would lose a lot of the benefits of the expensive plugs by running a small gap...

For the record, I run coppers (BCPR6ES) and change them with the oil (every 5000).
