good to hear the motor is going well....Im guessing they changed the rules to allow differnt (not stock) oil pumps and stuff?

what was the reccuring problem?

The rules have changed a bit over the years but aftermarket oil pumps are allowed providing they fit with no modifications to anything else.

The pick up is free so we went with a nice external pick up with an an inline filter. So far it seems to be working okay.

The sump is massive which was another big change this time around. Some trick baffling and good capacity.

Day/nighter is the 1st of August!!

Starts around 9am and finishes at 10pm!

Then I have to drive to Wakie for MRA

Ive got a few funny photos of me driving it around on the road the other week, That was pretty amusing.

Every barstard looks at you weird like your crazy.

Its a pig of a car to drive, clutch is horrid, exhaust is drony, diff is annoying. But its still somehow really fun!

na woulda made my day. I got a pretty good relationship with the local high way patrol.

They like to pull me over and I like to drive stupid cars on the road. We get along just fine.

It was a typical Duncan's car trip though it DID break down. The battery was dead flat and the negative terminal was dicky. It stalled at a set of lights and wouldnt start.
