Stalling when putting into gear?????

Hi guys..

Just fitted new fuel pump ...

fixed the problem I had of car not idling.... car is now sweet...

except when I put the car in first gear from neutral the revs drop quickly and car stalls....

any ideas boys??

Is this happening everytime you put the car in first, or is it just intermittant? What about if you put it in another gear?

Sounds like to me the clutch is grabbing check the clutch fluid. may be not enough there to keep the clutch dis-engaged.
