New Orc Clutch Slipping

today driving normally, then after a while when i gave it some 2nd and 3rd clutch was slipping. the clutch has done 1300km never slipped till today

any ideas whats going on

clutch is a ORC single plate

does your clutch fork have any freeplay in it?

is it meant to have a lil play in it???

yeh you should be able to push it towards the slave if not the slave has bottomed out and the clutch will be partially disengaged which would explain the slippage.

85% of orc 409's ive seen slip - there must be some sort problem once you push over 240rwkw
