Hicas Prob

For some reason my Hicas light keep flickering on and off in my 32 and occasionally power steering stops can anyone tell me what its is and how to fix. Have been told its as simple as unpluging it but then also some one said it goes through the ecu and once unpluged and turned off need to be locked with a HICAS lock bar? please help.

check your battery connection - loose terminal

or the connections hanging of the +ve lead are corroded

That's how I fixed mine anyway.

check your ps fluid too

you may also have a seperate tank in your boot

have a look cos thats all that was wrong with mine
