N btw Shehan I just got the joke LOL. Thats frickin funny hehe

The black GT-R with LMGT4's was Gordon. He was up there when it came down to voting for Best Wheels. He mentioned earlier to me that he didn't think he'd even be able to compete against the others. Well he was right up there!!

Good to meet everyone on the day. I am terrible with names but I do remember people by face. See you all around!

was a awesome cruise and would definetly go again.. just need better parking areas next time

Only downfall for me was the leader of the second group.. very slow on the early sections of the bells line of road..and doing less than 40km/h with ya hazard lights going through the speed camera is just unsafe... there is a flow on effect from your slow speed through the whole pac of cars that were with us, and the public road users.

Anyways.. Had a great time and met alot of great ppl.. was great to put a name to the face thats for sure!

Sorry MIck. kept to the speed limit everywhere. No PSI up the hills (LOL felt so bad). I had sent around a message via word of mouth that at the speed camera hazards will go on to signal speed camera and will slow down to 45-50 which is where I slowed down quite a bit. Sorry if you didn't receive it.

Where I slowed down on Bells Line of Road was where I thought there was too far a gap between myself and your car.

Sorry, but some of my jokes are a bit cryptic!

Well, Eugene won't recognise you without the limp next time!!!

Now for your leg: Being in the cast has meant that those muscles are a bit weak through lack of use (= partial atrophy).

So exercise is of course paramount as you know. You should also eat protein at each meal as a companion to that exercise.

Example: Milk/cereal at B'fast + Egg or roast beef sandwiches for Lunch + Meat at Dinner.

Exercises should include Stretches > Cardio > Weights > Light Cardio if poss in that order.

If necessary, get advice from an Osteopath, because I don't know any more than that!

Acupuncture can also accelerate healing so long as the practitioner is 3yrs trained and not like a GP who's done a 5wk course.

Cheers, Tez

a quick vid of the r34 gtrs leaving nothing special as it was filmed with my digicam!

if the video offends anyone please notify me and i'll remove it !

oh and quick note to Terry! theres comment in the video about me being like you when i'm 60 haha

hope your not offended but i admire the fact that you are 60 and drive a r34 gtr!

Some more trivia...

* The Value of the Hardware on Show was over $3.25 million

* Kyoshi Hans cut/sliced his own Kimono during his demonstration. Cost? Over $400

* Despite being a fine but windy day, some of the local trees got an unexpected watering

* Narelle and her partner with an R34 GT-R got lost & had to call me 2X. First from Hawkesbury Lookout & next from Mt Tomah.

If they PM me, I have a Booby Prize of 1X R34 GT-R Keyring. The condition is that they own up to their sins on this forum first! hehe

No way??? 3 mil???

Yeah it was realy good to meet you matt. I still can't forget about the orange ( RED) shirt lol :)

That's an awesome pic Mr Cali, thanks for that. I was intending to take pics of the 2 MPIII cars together but was so busy doing other stuff that I didnt even get a chance to take many pics on the day.

Imo, any colour of an R34 GT-R looks hot. Even the most boring colour of silver looks incredibly stunning with a nice set of rims and a bit lowered. White is also boring as batshit but that Mines replica car looks so damn sexy. Red is a love / hate colour i reckon as well, but when I saw a GT-R in that colour, it made me drool because it's so damn rare to find one. And if you match a red R34 with TE37 Time Attack rims (black with red lip), I gotta say it's the best colour combination in the world.

I love the R34 GT-R in black the best, but MNP is not far behind at all. When you rocked up at Regatta the car just commanded attention!

I would have loved to see a red R34 GT-R or a yellow one. I know there are many GT's around but those colours on a GT-R would look amazing. You'd need clear lenses on both though. A yellow one with black LMGT4s filling the guards and slammed would look incredible I reckon. :P

Awoo Trust me dont try. Dont hide just run.

Run Matt Run LOL

Haha it was good to meet you as well Laith (I was in the R33 GT-R). All the best with your leg!

Haha I got a number of Fords in my photos as well for some reason, have to crop them out later

Anyone else notice Sensei Dave's car was an HSV Avalanche as well? Pretty rare beast.

They need to be... I just looked up the specs - 1985kg... I also thought they had 300kW but they only have 270. 7.35 kg/kW is still respectable though.

Sorry I know it's OT
