Hey, It's Bully's Son, i drive a 180sx Auto number plate (ONE80SX) I can get a Manual Gearbox for my 180 but i want to know What else i would need apart from just the gearbox as i know there is more needed for a conversion, and if anyone Has these parts for Sale.

Any help would be appreciated, i also heard some R32 parts could be used in a s13 auto-manual conversion and is this true?

g'box mount and cross members,

center console,

gear stick,

pressure plate,

clutch (i recommend use new clutch)

flywheel,

MrMayhem I believe has a full auto-manual kit including nosmo clutch for sale (Perth). The pedal box is interchangeable (R32 = S13) as well as the clutch master cylinder, everything else pretty much isn't

Not sure if this applies to S13's but also check that the diameter of the gearbox input shaft where it slots into the crank.

If it's different to the auto box you'll find a sintered bush in the end of the crank that needs to be changed.

On the contrary, they have $2k drive in drive out packages, that's not too bad!

better than buying a manual 180 thats probably thrashed and has other problems...

the conversion should see you well into the 13's gaz!

Dude ask on silviawa forums....a few people have done conversions on S13's
