I noticed you asked for ideal times. I dont think you will be able to please everyone, there are quite a few who work on saturdays.

I think the best thing to do would be to organise it so that we hit your sisters shop for a late lunch say around 1ish. However the times work out will depend on your course. I think you should make the time, then let everyone know so they can start planning, requesting time off etc.
