Brisbane - 1988 R31 Skyline - $500

As in title.

For the last 10 years this was my wife's daily runner. It went from home to the station and back (3kms) and to the shops once or twice a week. It's got a towbar and I took a trailer to the tip every month or so. Probably an average of 50kms per week since we've had it. We're both in our 50's so hasn't had a hard time.

Runs well

Manual gearbox - new clutch a couple of thousand k's ago.

Airconditioned - works well (bloody freezing).

Seats/interior all good.

Good general condition for its age.

Paint is faded

Radio doesn't work

Needs a couple of tyres.

Passenger side door mirror is gone - some doofus at the station wanted it

It's currently registered (and in use) but selling unregistered.

How many K's? Is it in road worthy condition? In your honest opinion would it make it from Brisbane to Adelaide without any hassles? (driven).

It's done around 200ks. The odometer cacked itself 5 or 6 years ago and was replaced with one from the wreckers but that didn't work either, although in both cases the speedo worked.

There's no oil leaks, engine bay is all original (no dodgy wiring etc.)

As I said, it will need a couple of tyres but honestly there is no reason why it wouldn't make it.

It's an honest car. We are the second owners. Previous owners were also "middle aged" so it's never had a tough time.
