Looking For A Cheap Pair Of 285/35/19 Brand New - Sydney

Hi guys,

could anyone please recommend a really cheap tyre shop in sydney where i can get a pair of 285/35/19 performance tyres only. Not willing to spend more than $500 each (i know you get what you pay :-) but am on a really tight budget). Please let me know guys if you know any shop. Need them in 2 weeks

Tempe Tyres is about as cheap as you can get if you're talking about low-end tyres.. You could easily get a set of Nankangs there in that size for under $2000. Dont expect good service though.

really? i am getting yokohama avan for $500 each. Are they better than Nankangs? Anywhere else i can get cheaper?

Yeah any Yokohama tyre is going to be better than Nankangs... Nankang are extremely cheap, hard, generic tyres. I wouldnt put them on a skyline personally.. hehe.

Sorry mate, I missed the part in your original post that said you wanted "performance tyres"... In that case, try Falken FK-452. Tempe do them quite cheap, and they are a pretty good tyre IMO

Give Taleb tyres a call, Alii or Mick are good to deal with

Tempe tyres always come in lower than Taleb Tyres. Ive been back and forth several times in the past with the same result.

Tempe sell the Kumho Ecsta SPT KU31 fairly cheap. They are a decent budget performance tyre.

I go to them because of their service and price, much much easier to deal with than Tempe and service is better too!!

Which one is better? Michelin Pilot SP2 or Yokohama Advan sport? i am getting exactly same price for both brands.
