Hi hope i am posting into correct section.

I have heard that GTR stock cam shafts can be used as a better replacement upgrade on a gts-t.

Would like to know if this is correct or just a incorrect rumour.

im not 100% sure but i think there is a difference.

but from memory....the RB25DE camshafts are the same as the DET

I ask because i was going to purchase some gtr camshafts and put them into my r33gts-t as a better upgrade to my stock ones. Was told could do so but when I asked one tuning shop they wasn't 100% sure either so thought I would try in here.

your probably better off buying aftermarket camshafts to suit....

a common Rb25DET camshaft is the TOMEI

due to its price.......i recall seeing them for around $600 - $700
