Yea... I noticed that too. I saw 1 last week, someone trying to sell his rex for 35k or something. The 2nd reply he got was something like,

"Thats a lot of money. You might be better off going on carsale or somethign similiar as boost is more of a I'll swap my shit for your shit kinda place"

LMAO.

Jesus christ. Good luck to him selling it at all. Unless its a newish one but still I couldn't justify 35k on a rex.

ANYWAY, roll call for tonight. Martin's bailing and unis on holiday.

If not a lot of people are up that way (west), why not change to a southside meet for a week. There's gelato at market square anyway. BUT if you still wanna go to Chapel, forget me ever asking.

I'm pretty sure I'll be going with John and his mate in the yellow S15. Adam and his mates in evo and S15.

But this has forged internals. I thought it'll be worth more.

Lots of the 180s in the 7-12K range are modified. Not all have the SAME mods, but they're modified nonetheless and usually price accordingly. So it's worth as much as any other modified 180.

and besides... the whole point of it is that it's in the same place every week so that people who don't check the forum can rock up and not be sitting there alone. we've discussed this before. we don't move the meet. thursdays = western suburbs. Wednesdays now = northern suburbs.

You can pick one of the others for south :P

Brandon I wouldn't bother trying to move the meet it is deeply embedded into us all now. Fuel doesn't bother me although the Prado uses more than the GTR which is just ridonkulous. I don't know how or why anyone would want one as a daily driver if for the majority of the time it only has one person in it. And yet I see them everywhere. Look inside and there is only ever the driver in there. WTF are you doing. It is such a heap of shit to drive anywhere, guzzles fuel and the ride isn't even that comfortable.

Went off on a bit of a tangent there but ahwell.

6:15 sounds good Brandon. That means I can leave work on time :D

not true - a rebuilt forged CA can handle 20psi and a 3071 = cronic baking the whole of qr

CAs are only decent if they are rebuilt and forged

      Oh yeah forgot to also mention need to also unplug the IACV as well. Thanks for the reminder @MBS206 Unplugging the TPS takes it out of closed loop so you're able to screw down the IACV without the ECU trying to add/subtract timing to maintain the idle (not sure PowerFC can even do this, but Nistune and the OEM definitely does)
