That wait for the train just flew by :) . I bet the extra half hour you had to wait sucked though

Shame those hotties didn't get on the caboolture train with us :P

Nah it was an awesome extra half hour. One of the hotties got on the next train on platform 8 about 10mins after you guys left and then the other 3 got on the Gold Coast train  They got off at Beenleigh though

Morning guys! I has TRD the 2nd, now running strong. This weekend I'll be swapping all the good parts from TRD1 into TRD2 and replacing rocker cover gasket (first time, pretty excited ) So should be a sweeeeet weekend!

My mates left for England last night. That makes it a not so sweet weekend

Well there you go...

Our garage is once again all Japanese... :P

Lexus, S15, YZF-R1, GSX-R1000, ZX-10R & CBR-1000...

Now just waiting on the S15 to be replaced with the Merc and zeee Germans will have to become allies with the Japs... Remember last time that happened...?

    • I hope so.  It seems pretty nice. OEM feel the lot.
    • I wouldn't be surprised if this helps. And I wouldn't be surprised if it keeps changing for a bit after the new slave&hose go on, because I find that my clutch always does this sort of shenanigans after any serious dismantlery. And then it settles down after a few corrective tweaks such as you've already done.
    • Ist post I joined after seeing this thread  I have just installed on a r33gtst at first I liked it but I am finding the peddle free play changes …. To a point I have had a zero free play condition and the thrust bearing stayed engaged. I had to back off the adjustment on peddle.   I am about to change slave and fit a braided line to see if I can get a better result
    • I sent off a message to a guy, waiting for his response if he can do it or knows someone.
    • Just remake the bracket. It's just bent steel with a nut welded to it. It is thinner material than you might remake it in. You just have to get the thickness right in places where it absolutely must be (and there might not actually be any such places. The same motor trimmer who you get to work on the outside of the seat would no doubt have done exactly this type of repair in the past.
