What is it that you do that you get to work from home?

I'm a Bio Medical service engineer.........ooooo aaaaaaaah....... glorified guy with screwdriver.

Originally based in Melbourne but did the shift up to Brisneyland, but there is no office up here. It's just myself and the sales guy. It seems to work ok, but I have bad motivation days sometimes.

I'm a 10 - 3er as well but it's not by choice, I'd work all day if I could. *brandishes fist*

living 5 minutes from work is pretty great too, I leave ten minutes before hand, enough time to fire the car up head down to nightowl and get an ice coffee, have a cigarette then drive over the road to the shop.

And chyeah I'll probably come out on thursday night, a friend of mine who drives probably one of the most horrid skylines in Australia might come as well. I'll tell him to park around the corner simply so you don't have to look at it.

Who should I be looking for? Or do you guys stand near your cars poppin hoods n shit?

We sit at the tables out the front of the baskins store, unless someone crims them before we get there, which is unlikely during winter :)

We cant pop hoods. To much attention from our coast guard friends. That and if I go near my car, they assume that I stole it. :D

On the other hand though. I did find a twin turbo kit for the v36 w/ Garrett GT28RS's. FTW!!

Also got some sort of rough price estimate. So its' looking awesome.

Was also told that with someone that knows whats going on and decent tune - high 10s! FTW!! :)

Don't worry Isola, just for you i'd attach a few hot paltes to the back.

Now, does anyone know of a decent accountant taht can work this into my claim next year?

haha! Work expenses. Yes sir, I required a car that was stock 245kw to be twin turboed for work purposes. Why?

Because i <3 my clients and get there quickly to meet them. :(

      There's a thread over on PF.com where this has already been beaten to death. I make this point only because the report that you're referring to is already out of date. They have walked back some of the silliness, including the need to apply for (and risk losing the application fee, if not granted) a permit to work on your own car on your own land. But there is still a lot of silliness left remaining. Victoria is a f**king shithole. Has been since way before we started calling it Brackistan. f**king nimby woke Stalinist nightmare of a place.

      I’ll go last point, For me it’s, can I do better relying on the expertise of u experts in the field but my point was, is there a way and a will to sticky important tried/true/tested facts that come out of a question relating to each area of improvement. I mean like not losing valuable info when u end up relying on google without success. Some times. I just see so much knowledge being passed but unless u are a guru or lucky, the diamonds end up hidden in our forum sorry guys I’ll leave it at that respect

      I did a bit of googling, the color MCM used was Galaxy Grey from House of Kolor. This is actually a colour I picked out about ~10+ years ago (or more). This one is a stock BMW colour, I guess over the years I figured it was smart to get an OEM colour that was pretty common for all of those sensible reasons one can think of..
