you know whats really gaids? Bathurst, and its even gaidsier when you are physically at the event, all of bogan kind in the one place at the one time.

Pretty good for a day of TV/drinking though. But it will get switched off as soon as the F1 comes on.

I'm looking forward to the rule change for it though. Especially if Nissan, Toyota and Audi etc get in on it. Will be much better then.

Please note that no further extension will be granted - this is the 'final' deadline of Assignment 2.

This guy is a f**king joke. Ends up giving another extension because it took them 6 weeks to mark our first assignments. So all the retards at uni complained that they couldn't finish the second assignment without the feedback from the first. This prick just keeps f**king me over with his moving the goal posts. I'm still handing mine in tomorrow cus f**k this guy. ;)

I spent a lot of time today considering going back to uni to complete the 10 subjects that would give me an ecology degree in addition to my environmental management one, reading that has made me think hard about how much I hated uni when i was there and has almost put me off lol

Uni is just the complete opposite of what I expected. I hate the lecturers and the students some days I just want to burn it down. Down to the ground. I don't think I could ever do any more uni shit after this is finished.

I am quite sure I could get many more degrees with just as little effort as I got the first one. However, I hated it so much I doubt I will ever go back to Uni.

...That said, if they give me any more testing documentation to do I might bail and go back to uni, best of two evils...

Yep I hear ya, couple that with the fact I was broke the entire time I would mark it as one of my lifes low points, though picking up was easy so I guess that was an upside.

I am quite sure I could get many more degrees with just as little effort as I got the first one. However, I hated it so much I doubt I will ever go back to Uni.

...That said, if they give me any more testing documentation to do I might bail and go back to uni, best of two evils...

I hate it too, but in my case the average ecologist is charging out at $150 - $200 an hour. Hence the delema

I haven't had to suffer with the being broke part of uni. While I never have any money I still earn a fair bit more that my other uni mates. The other end of the stick is all my other mates work 15 - 20 hours a week while I do 40 while uni is on and 60+ when uni is on holidays. Trying to cram in 4 or 5 subjects worth of assignments and still work 40 hours a week is a challenge I never want to do again.

      Is the RB26 actually that far off the mark? Honestly from where I'm sitting a VR38DETT is not actually that much more advanced than the RB26. Yes, there is a scavenge pump on the VR38, it's smarter in a number of ways but it's not actually jumping out to me as alien technology. Something like a B58 or V35A-FTS on the other hand has so many surprising little design features that add up to be something that just isn't comparable.

      That's my local track! A lot of fast/record holders come out of it presumably due to our cold air in spring and fall.

      Well I had 2 choices from then on. I either had to (reluctantly) move it on to another potential buyer and take the loss on the chin. Or I stick with it and turn it into a restoration project. I chose the latter. Project Snowstorm began! The frp body kit was the first thing to go. Turns out the original colour used to be silver. The Neo and gearbox were removed, along with the prop and exhaust system before it took a trip to the bodyshop, where I wouldn’t see it again for quite some time due to the pandemic hitting very soon after they took it away. Eventually, progress began and damage assessments made. Even the front chassis leg was in pretty bad shape!     Then the chopping commenced. For these guys it was just usual routine, to me it looked absolutely terrifying!   More to follow as I’m struggling to focus on my screen at 12:45 am!!!
