Ive recently put a heavier clutch in my 32gtst and have noticed that sometimes it is hard to get my har into 1st and if im giving it a little extra gas its hard to change into the next gear.

one other thing i have noticed. there is a little whislte every time i take off or if i ride the clutch... sounds like somthing is scraping.

anyone have any ideas to help

Hi mate,

I recently put an Exedy heavy duty clutch in my R33 GTS-T and for the first few weeks the clutch did make a 'scraping' sort of sound when taking off/ riding clutch as well as it was VERY heavy to push in. However, in general Heavy duty clutch is not the easiest clutch to ride me thinks...

I wore in the clutch by driving it sensibly for 500KM and not thrashing it (which is what I recomend you do). After this it seemed easier to get it into gears and not scraping and in general just easier to drive with.

Wait it out and see if it gets better.
