Opinions Of The Sony Mexbt3600u In-car Bluetooth Stereo With Usb Input

Iv never liked sony myself but once I saw one of these in a friends car I thought I would pay a mate a visit who works at JB.

It will be hard to go by at the price he gave me, basicly Im looking for any feedback about these please. Please NO "sonys shit why bother" as I said Im not typicaly a sony fan.

Or if you know of something with the same features at around the $250- $300 range let me know.

Don't know about the 3600, but I just installed the model down from it ie the Sony MEX-BT2600 basically the same unit without the USB, $229 from strathfield, hooked it up to a 4*50watt rms sony amp and 4 * 6.5" 4 way Sony speakers,...sounds awesome.

Music input choices are CD/mps disc, aux input for mp3 player or Bluetooth audio streaming, ie use your phone as a mp3 player that is wirelessly connected to you head unit,....fantastic,...also works as handsfree phone.

I too looked at the 3600 thinking the USB could be useful but for $349, couldn't justify
