Hand Flaring Guards

hey all any body tried flaring your guards yourself. I did mine a lil while ago got smoothing and bogging at the moment. all i used was a ball pien hammer and it came out really well. just wanna know if any one has tried this and wat the used did etc will post pics when i learn how to.

Pretty sure HPi or Drift Battle did an article on the cut and fibreglass method on a VIP style car, if you read these go back a year or so and have a look.

Slight misunderstanding, already done it wanna see how other people's went and if they were happy with it or not.

this was done with a ball pien hammer one arvo while i was bored. the guard only has a primer coat over it co it didn't rust butam bogging it now post better photos soon.

ahhh

than is a good job for a ball pien hammer, there have been some threads proviously with results and other people using rollers or pipes on the tyres etc.

This is what a friend of mine is doing in his garage, pretty extreme but he likes to build his with metal.
