Just looking at buying an R33 GTR V-SPEC.

I have searched and found the following differences between a Non V-Spec & V-Spec.

V-Spec:

Has a Mechanical Diff setup.

30mm lower suspension.

Non V-Spec:

Viscous Diff Setup

Standard GTR Suspension.

Apart from the Suspension and Diff are there any other improvements that the V-Spec had over the standard GTR?

attessa pro with faster cpu and different settings

personally the active lsd is not great and if it has problems you will end up ripping it out anyway.

none of the extras are any advantage . neither are 33 vspecs that rare , a lot were made

if you get a nice 33 gtr and its a vspec , great

but dont pay any extra for the privilege

So in terms of power they seem to be identical with Non V-Spec.

Its just handling which was improved, and yeah I have heard some people complain about Active LSD.

My intention is to go down to the track so that why I thought a V-Spec would be a slightly better foundation to start with.
