HKS electronic valve controller instructions or advice would be awesome

i know its a long shot considering the age of it and all

but its all connected including the solenoid etc

just need to be sure how to use it

i dont think that the evc3 doesn't have a built in timer. i have used EVC1/4/5 before. no built in turbo timer function.
