Missileman
No worries, still keen to see what you can come up with for the little motor, BTW that R32GTS-t I offered you has since been sold. Dan_J
i dont see why there is a need for a rb20 specific turbo, just need to gain more response out of the ss1-3 range, Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/261613-hypergear-turbochargers-and-high-flow-services-development-thread/page/575/#findComment-7694238 Share on other sites
hypergear
Further developments. This is a Ceramic ball bearing ATR43G3SAT turbo that no longer require water cooling. Video shown turbo shaft rotation on RB25det Neo motor with engine start and shut. Super responsive. Dose Pipe Sutututu
Does that mean that you will need to idle down the car like an old truck after each drive? Water and oil cooling has many benefits, unless the CBB is different Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/261613-hypergear-turbochargers-and-high-flow-services-development-thread/page/575/#findComment-7697766 Share on other sites
hypergear
Just works like a normal water cooled bb unit. Except it doesnt require water cooling. Made for cars with oil cooled only turbo setups. Ben C34
Bullshit it's pushing the bov open at idle. Cmon man, the manifold vacuum sucks the bov open. Don't talk shit 1 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/261613-hypergear-turbochargers-and-high-flow-services-development-thread/page/575/#findComment-7697784 Share on other sites
Dr. Surge
But it's still possible to connect the water lines? hypergear
I will withdrawn the comment for now. It could be other causes, The bov is blowing air out, not sucking in. You can run water to it if you want to. hypergear
Previous data shown boost curve is almost identical. but this one made more power. Using same car with identical mods: 21U G3 high flow: ATR43G3SAT CBB Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/261613-hypergear-turbochargers-and-high-flow-services-development-thread/page/575/#findComment-7697821 Share on other sites
Dr. Surge
So response should be better than a op6 highflow i assume Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/261613-hypergear-turbochargers-and-high-flow-services-development-thread/page/575/#findComment-7697822 Share on other sites

Dr. Surge
So instead of a normal high flow, you can make g3sat highflow? What does an unit like that cost? hypergear
Can be done. The BB version cost $400 more then standard G3 high flow.
