R32 Gtr Vs R33 Gtr Crank

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I'm just wandering what the difference is between r33 and r32 gtr cranks? why do people upgrade cranks to 33 gtr cranks when building there 32?

Does anything have to be done to the 32 GTR block when using the 33 GTR crank?

Thanks

ok so to cut a long question short,

i hve a 1990 r32 gtr block.......

am i able to put a r33 gtr crank into it?

can i use an r33 gtr oil pump on this 32 gtr block?

what needs to be done to get this combination to work or will it all bolt up without further mods?

OK

yours is an EARLY model R32 GT-R

which has the shorter nose crank.....

late model R32, R33 & R34 have the longer nose crank

to make the Shorter nose crank suit.....you will need a collar to fit to the pump

does that answer your question?
