80mm Afm On Gtr

looking to upgrade to 80mm afm's on my r32 gtr but wondering whats the best way?

i know apexi make a kit for but it is quite expensive

what other ways have you people done it?

if you are upgrading to get more resolution check out the Nismo AFMs

they are a Z32 sensor inside a 65mm shell so you get the benefit of more resolution

from the same size shell and plugs so its a direct swap and select Z32 AFMS in your ECU management (ie PFC)

otherwise if you fit 80mm ones you have to change ducting, pipework, intake and plugs

or you could just use a map sensor.

but i'm guessing your on a power fc?

i just got a PFC not long ago then had AFM problems >.<

epic fail.

i was going to switch to Z32s for the price

apparently the 80mm with some force will fit into the stock rubber hosing to the turbos. its just the AFM attachments you need to figure out.
