Steering Wheel Problem

Everytime when I turn off engine and turn on again within 15mins, it will lose steering power and become heavy

If you wait the car for cooling down, may be 1 hour, it will not have problem at all. What is the problem?

and other question, I have changed the HICAS lock bar, but HICAS light turn on all the time, how to turn it off

my 33 used to have a similar problem but now occasionally happens but goes away after about a minute - and my mechanic wasnt sure what the cause was but since it fixes itself now i haven't had a further look into it

and with the hicas light only way is to pull apart your dash and remove the light

You need to flush your power steering fluid. It is probably the cause for your heavy steering and your HICAS light coming on. It is not an expensive process and isn't a hard thing to do, but if in doubt, give Dan @ Elite Racing Developments a buzz and get him to do a service and power steering flush.
