yea I would have thought that car would have been faster. Hi 11s is very fast (on slicks) but only ran 119mph for a 420rwkw car??

I thought it'd be around the high 120mph mark?

I thought the same thing timmayy, i only have 234 and i run 113mph on street tyres, the dyno graph in zoom was not a dyno dynamics so i probably reads much higher

hmmm I thought it would have been dyno'd at RPM who did a lot of work on the car I thought? They use a dynomax though.. hmmm

At the Club PSi Dyno Day on the 5th Oct, I saw him pull 360rwkw. I dont know if he was giving the motor its hardest (ie max boost or a bit lower)....

Btw RPM uses a Dyno Dynamics Dyno...

hmm well he blew jaffa away on friday night. We got him off the line but we didn't get a very good take off at all (wheel spin and diff bounce) and once his turbo spooled up all we saw were tail lights

pretty impressive but as you say... thought it would be quicker with that sort of power. Sounds damn cool with it screaming at you through the window

mate ran him in his 32 with 250rwkw and it was very close, it def wasnt making anywhere near 400rwkw that night.

Supras are damn heavy and aren't really up for dragging unless they have HUGE power!! I think they tip in on the scales over 1500kg and remember that's only RWD. Whereas GTRs are 1400kg+ with AWD traction. Supras are more suited for high speed racing, like 300km/hr+ down a freeway Nice!! They make big power, but aren't going to get too far with too much bulk and RWD traction.

a friend here at work knows the guy ... said he's now going to aim for 600wrkw ... the problem i think is he hasn't exactly done up his suspension right ... hes got the power but be much better if he got better suspension ... well thats what i've been told.

to be honest theres not much diff between 400 and 600 .. u aint getting traction either way .. and i think his best run was 11.3 on slicks ... so yeah traction is a problem no matter what ... i guess he just wants huge power LOL

i dont consider 1500kg "DAMN" heavy, actually its pretty light compared to a lot of stuff coming out at the moment.

300zx's are around 1500kg and i dont really see them being held back by it.
