If you want to get the same performance as this, without the hassle of having your car off the road and getting your hands dirty, give me $160 in $10 notes.

The weight reduction in not carrying over a dozen notes will be even more beneficial than sticking an intake restriction on your car.

been seen these ands on the tv for these hyclone things they fit into the air intake pipe and apparently make better air feul mixture. on the ad they say up to 15% more power and better fuel ecconomy. i wanted to know has anyone got one? they can be used on turbo setups aswell but un N/A guys are always in search of cheap power!!http://www.fuelsaver.com.au/what do u think bull shit what

I don't know, it's a big debate...

It totally makes sense that you'd think it would just restrict your air travel into the manifold.

But on my Land Rover Discovery-ES 1994 V8 3.9L model I managed about 23% increase in mileage on the highway with x2 Hiclones fitted after comparing previous interstate drives (and I drive non-stop)!

Air density could of played a role, but it would still make at least 15% more mileage on the highway with a steady stabilized foot throttle position!

But for city stop & start driving, forget it!!!

Only good for interstate driving in my opinion!!!

Did you do another long drive without Hiclones fitted but with new air filters?

I started with a K&N Air Filter.

I was doing thousands of kms prior to swapping for x2 Hiclones & I always managed more kms on the highway!!! :)

So I only have them fitted on x2 of my vehicles...

Whatever the Tune may be.

Discovery Series 1 is the only vehicle besides Commercial, that could handle 4.500kg towing these days!!!

As you can get Iron Man B Rated Coil Spring for the rear & mine weighed 2.5t wet weight (no sway with a tri-axle flatbed trailer loaded)!

As Dodge RAM 3500HD, Chevrolet Silverado 3500 & Ford F-350 all count as Commercial Vehicles on Rego...

With Dual Sun Roofs, V8 & full leather you seriously can't go wrong! :)
