Well as title says just got my 32 dyno'd for the first time other day at unigroup. really didnt know what to expect car is fairly stock bar: exhaust, fmic, pod, spitfires, cai,ss manifold,dump/front pipe and highflow cat. Now i was told car is running lean and as you can see there is a noticable power drop just after hitting 5500. I was told it can either be a air leak or faulty afm. any ideas at what else i should be looking at to rectify this and improve my ride

cheers

Chart

Graph looks pretty normal to me

Car looks pretty rich to me and seeing as you running standard ecu it seems fine. Air:fuel ratio going down to 10afr.

When car's are tuned they usually sit dead straight on 11.5-12.5afr (depending on how lean you want the tune to be)

Have a look on the stickie rb20 turbo upgrades ( http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Rb...no-t103095.html ) to compare dyno runs.

You sure you weren't told it's running rich?

That's incredibly rich. Heaps more torque to be gained by leaning that out. It's fine though. Not dangerous or anything. You're just wasting fuel and potential power. :D (And giving your plugs a hard time)

You have a stock ECU and have changed the exhaust and intake system. It's gone into a region of the fuel map which it wasn't designed to when it had stock parts on it. Time for a remap. ;)

thanks for the input guys. yes my mistake i meant rich. and yes it does use more fuel than normal. have been looking at a toshi remap for a bit now. just want to get some few parts here and there, then book him in, as im not looking for huge gains from this car.
