How To Install Reverse Cam To Oem Tv?

Hi guys,

trying to install a reverse camera to the OEM navigation TV on my 250 GT skyline..

can somebody help and tell me which wires should be the input??

so V35 version. its NOT that simple. there is not a dedicated reverse cam input into that car.

I do a camera kit for them but its not auto switching.

If you already have the cam, there's also the option of installing a digital TV tuner with reverse camera input and automatic reverse switching when the tuner is on and displayed. Piggybacks into your existing OEM tuner. Would require OEM tuner RCA adapter plug and possibly a 'screen overide' unit, if your car doesnt already have, Chris may be able to help you with these if that's the way you go.

because i am not running the OEM navi. i only have the TV there without the navi.. i thought i can get the TV to turn on once the reverse gear is in, and get the camera input into where OEM navi would have gone it..

if you guys get what i mean?

I do, that makes this an expensive exercise as you will need a box to drive the screen in raw video mode.

how would i be able to do that? what's the cost??

composite -> RGB converter and some associatd circutry. cost depends on what they are going for in your market. here they are $500 or so.
