Carbon Fibre Cam And Coil Covers, Interested?

If he ends up making them, can we get a couple of things modified on them so they are a bit different from the original ones? (RB25 ones)

Reason i ask, i would rather have a couple of things changed to make them look a bit nicer:

1. The dimple midway on the intake cam cover removed so its flat.

2. The breather on the side of the intake cover removed, so its flat.

3. For the series II's, the four bolt holes on the back of the coilpack cover removed.

Obviously this might not suit everyone, but maybe we could have a vote or something.

Just throwing some ideas out there.

Would he be interested in maybe making a carbon copy of the neo plastic cover? I wanted one shaped to fit in with the intercooler cross pipe.

Nobody is going to make a Carbon Fibre Camshaft Cover, and even if they did, there is no chance in hell I would be using them.

Cam Gear and Valley covers sure, camshaft covers, no way.

i have also been thinking bout,

how would you make them completely out of carbon, you would have to fit baffle plates, still gotta allow for the seals ect...

i think his better of making covers that sit over the originals

Id be more worried about heat than baffles etc.

But yeah, any news on this yet? There's clearly enough interest to at least warrant getting firm pricing

but very interested in timing belt / valley covers !!!
