I was just wondering if applying a Procharger Supercharger to a 3.0L RB25/30DE with the Jatco 4 Speed would be worth it? Would it create a torque monster or would it all just fail. This is just an alternative idea to the usual high mount turbo upgrade people do. I have seen supercharged SR's and 1 Twincharged RB however I cant find just a supercharged RB.

Yeah x2, Superchargers are old basic technology - they have a perception of better torque down low but equal flowing supercharger vs. turbo, turbo wins out every time imho.

They're kind of entertaining to drive though haha

those crazy kiwi's...

im pretty sure that thing is just supercharged

if you had a supercharger laying around your garage it could be an interesting build,

but would probably need more R&D and money put into it to get it all working properly

its cheaper and easier to go with tried and tested turbos

but if you want something different with some sweet supercharger whine go for it
