well put it this way.........

you can get booked/defected for ANYTHING!...

in australia your not supposed to boost your car....have exposed air filters, BOVs, Aftermarket exhausts...

and did you know Turbo timers are also a defect?, larger fuel injectors can also be a defect, due to it exceeding the cars stock emission levels.

look.....most people get away with these things...... im sure there are weekend cars that are highly modified...

so since your a p-plater...you'll be more of a centre of attention.

so if you wana mod something........dont think about the cops...... otherwise you may as well NOT get anything done and leave it stock.

think about it dude, your neons are a defect.....if they see its hooked up.... your 18" rims are also a defect cause few inches over the allowed size......

so id say just get an exhaust....get it sounding better.....

that would be the most common exhaust for Skylines....... as well as an Aftermarket air filter.....

Seeing as the majority of people these days don't learn how to drive, they learn how to get a licence, may I be so bold as to suggest that you learn how to DRIVE the car first.

And get rid of the F*****G neons!

1. Get rid of the neons

2. Turbo back exhaust

Agreed on neons, but he cant do a turbo back exhaust if it has no turbo :P

Personally id fit a good quality short shifter, then good suspension, and not touch anything else at all.

Take the neons off.

Since your car is N/A, I geta decent 2.25" full exhaust and a set of extractors (exhaust mainfold), get a nice quiet one made up and make sure it will give you the flow as well.

Your air intake should be fine but if you want you can install a high flow air filter in the air box.

Lower your car or atleast upgrade the springs to give you better handling through corners.
