just to elaborate on what dori34 said the lifters can be an issue in R34s

What do steps mean like step 1,2,3 etc

Are spec 2 specs 260 and around 9mm cause thats what im looking for

they can regrind it to whatever specs you want, but clearenace u gotta measure urself so it doesn't hit anything.

spec 1 is what they recommend is best

to clear up some of this the rb20/25/26 cams cant be reground due to lack of material

cams can be ground from billet steel (rough moulds) to suit researched specifications usually what they have called stages

with the rb26 being a shim tappet/lifter what ever u wanna call it, you have to re measure with feeler guages at the base circle of the lobe to bucket clearence to make sure it is within specifications

i got my old cam from camtech, just give em a call they really helpful
