S2000. It's a great comprimise between the great handling Cooper S and the quicker ITR in my opinion.

Cooper S handles like it's on rails. It's fantastic, even from a passengers point of view. Been in a friend's many times and I gotta say it handles great. The supercharger whine sounds lovely also. However, It's not really that fast in a straight line.

S2000 also handles great from what i've seen/read, however it's also got a fair bit of poke. It looks the goods, sounds the goods, and handles well. Plus it's got the added fun of a convertable.

Integra Type R's handling is pretty decent also, however not as great as S2000 or Cooper S.
